Rock stress cell, overcoring

The rock stress cell is a portable measuring instrument for the measurement of rock stresses in boreholes. The instrument can be used for measuring both pile loading and offloading. The measurement principle is based on a borehole being deformed in connection with stress changes – and the probe measuring these changes with a high degree of accuracy. The probe is cable-connected and gives measurement values in real time. Please see product sheet for further technical information and examples of presentation forms.
